January is the month for detoxes – or is it? With the weather as it is, and pay day seemingly a long way off, a glass of wine over a hearty meal seems more heaven-sent than wheat grass shots and beetroot juice.
We don’t wish to take sides here at Flemings, and understand that the stronger-willed amongst us might still like to eat out, without blowing the diet or detox out of the water.
Which is why our Head Chef, Simon Henbery, has devised a menu for both ‘saints’ and ‘sinners’ – it’s a diplomatic approach if we ever heard one.
Available for both lunch and dinner in Flemings Grill, the Saints & Sinners menus are served throughout the month of January. Choose from Kentish Cod to Pork Belly and Pommes Puree; Fresh Clementines with Passion Fruit or Chocolate and Candied Chestnut Brulée.
